The panelists discussed encouraging cross-team collaboration to reap the most value from data investments, improving on-the-job data-skills training and finding ways to drive data culture on the individual level.
Attendees shared information about their own data analytics processes in a live poll. Many were in the early stages of developing a formal data strategy, with 44% at the beginning of the journey and 7% having no formal strategy.
