Alex is currently the VP and Global Head of the Retail Industry Advisor team at Salesforce. Prior to joining Salesforce he served as the CMO for Shinola where he helped cultivate and direct the brand narrative and work to spearhead a massive digital transformation for both Shinola and its sister brand Filson. Before Shinola, Alex worked at GE where he served as the Global Director of Partnerships and Product Innovation, which managed the $1B licensed goods business globally. He has also held leadership roles at GSI Commerce and ShopRunner.

Manoj Shivji

Manoj leads the Retail Enterprise team for Tableau AI and Analytics. He’s spent the last several years focusing on the delivering the evolution of augmented intelligence in business applications. In his tenure at Salesforce, Manoj spent time driving growth in the US healthcare vertical, and European Financial Services out of London. Prior to that, Manoj was at Cisco, delivering next generation technology transformation, such as hybrid cloud infrastructure and IP based collaboration tech to large enterprises.

Lindsey Nelson is a Retail Industry Advisor partnering with corporate executives on strategy, organizational efficiency & digital transformations. Lindsey has over 20yrs experience in the technology space. Prior to Salesforce, Lindsey was a customer for 6 years, driving organizational stakeholder collaboration & change management across sales, service and commerce supported by technology. She also held various leadership roles at Finish Line and Kohl’s corporation in merchandising and product development which included heavy collaboration in supply chain, sourcing and B2B partnerships.
