This session is being presented as an interactive discussion of the practical aspects of bringing data visualization to the Global People Analytics group in Wal-mart Stores, Inc. The session opens with introduction to Wal-mart Stores, Inc. (and key information around Wal-mart’s people) and then moves on to obstacles to the implementation of Tableau and a current (generalized) use case within Global People Analytics. The session ends with an open discussion with attendees.
