The session ends with an open discussion with attendees.

The measurement team provides insights across functions into the impact of any chain-wide initiatives that affect Wal-mart Stores, Inc. associates. Prior to his current position, Adrian was a part of the Test and Learn team under Global People Analytics, a team that engages the business in the design and measurement of innovations within the Human Resources space.
