Create a dashboard that measures gender diversity in corporate leadership relative to success, using metrics of your choosing. Your findings will be used to create gender diversity benchmarks for executive teams and highlight benefits of gender diversity.

Example questions to explore:

• Do gender diverse firms have higher revenue growth, market share and/or equity valuation?
• Are more diverse companies more successful on these measures relative to industry or sector peers, or are they more successful on absolute, cross-industry metrics?
• Why are some firms more diverse than others?
• Do some companies have a diversity advantage based on corporate location, size or other attributes?
