Living in the city, it is easy to assume that high speed internet is a reality everywhere. The truth is that America is far from ubiquitous high speed internet. Its clear that the Northeast and its dense population has the best availability in the nation. However, it is not impossible to provide good high speed internet to sparse populations- Wyoming has only one county with less than 50% of the population serviced, and its one of the least dense states in the nation.
