Accelerate Visual Analytics with Tableau and Tesco

Tableau Software transforms stubborn databases and spreadsheets into sources for easy investigations. You can connect to data in a few clicks, then visualise and create interactive dashboards with a few more. It's so easy to use that any Excel user can learn it. Answer questions as fast as you can think of them.

Activate your trial

To begin, select "Register Here" above and follow the instructions.

1. After the installation process is finished, open Tableau Desktop. This launches the Tableau Registration form where you can activate your product.
2. On the registration form field, select "Have a Product Key? Activate Tableau"
3. When prompted, enter the key shown on the next page.

Trial key is valid until 30 April 2023.

Tableau Doctor's Clinic

Once you have your trial key and have activated the software, please consider signing up for some time with Tesco’s Tableau Doctor Clinic. Tableau Doctor sessions are an opportunity for you to get one-to-one training support from a Tableau expert.These sessions are an ideal place to get help if:

• You are new to Tableau and need some extra support as you find your feet
• You have hit a roadblock with a Tableau report you're developing
• You are not sure whether something is possible in Tableau and want some guidance
• You want guidance on best practices

The sessions normally last 30 minutes to an hour with follow-up sessions possible if required. In most cases the sessions will take place over Teams but we also have an onsite day in the Heart Building in Welwyn Garden City once a month. This takes places on the same day as the Visualiser Forum.

To request a Doctor Session please complete the Tool Doctor Booking Form and a Tableau expert will get in touch.

At the end of each appointment we do ask attendees to complete a brief form to evaluate their experience with their Tableau expert so please make sure that you complete this each time you use the service.
