Tableau Wins "Best Workplace" Among Large Companies in Washington

What an honor to once again be recognized by the Puget Sound Business Journal as one of Washington’s "Best Workplace." We won "gold" in the large company category (150-500 employees). It is humbling to be named among other Washington companies we know and respect.

The selection process makes it especially meaningful. It isn't some committee of people deciding which set of benefits is best. The employees from the 300+ nominated companies voluntarily and anonymously answer detailed questions about their workplaces. Answers are tabulated. The companies with the happiest employees rise to the top. That's it.
