Andrew Barker, a customer success manager at Tableau, is responsible for helping some of Tableau's biggest customers develop and execute organization-wide analytics strategies. Previously, he managed a product consulting team at Tableau for four years. This team consulted with thousands of different companies on how to conduct sophisticated analyses to solve their hardest business challenges. Andrew received degrees in economics and international political economy and minored in mathematics and music at the University of Puget Sound.

Erik Teutsch is a Tableau product expert with 20+ years experience in business, ranging from computer software to telecommunications to technology sales. He brings this experience to Tableau's Solution Engineering team where he supports the technical ‘proof’ portion of sales, often replicating and enhancing existing customer BI solutions using the magic of Tableau. His understanding of day-to-day business problems along with a deep working knowledge of Tableau allows him to help new Tableau customers see and understand their data. He also co-leads the internal Mobile Champions team at Tableau and has presented multiple sessions on the topic over the last two Tableau Conferences.
