Juan Serrato

AVP Supply Chain Informatics, Baptist Health South Florida

Juan is a bilingual technology professional with a background in electrical engineering, having more than 30 years of experience in delivering technology solutions and building customer relationships globally. A strong leader with extensive experience in management of technology programs and organizations, Juan has worked professionally in Australia, Europe, South America and North America.

In his current role, he is the principle contributor to Baptist Health Supply Chain Management organization’s implementation of strategy and transformation, and collaborates with leadership throughout the organization, including Finance and Revenue Price and Integrity. He manages a large team which utilizes several information systems and is responsible for the design, development, and support of technology solutions critical to business operations. Since assuming a management role, relationships with business partners have dramatically improved through adoption of a customer service oriented delivery model, increased interface stability, timely scheduled upgrades to systems under management, improved operation efficiency, and close collaboration across finance and supply chain teams.

As the Executive Vice President of Tableau Global Sales at Salesforce, I oversee the sales strategy and execution for Tableau's products, which are the leading platforms for data visualization and analytics. I have more than 25 years of experience in sales, revenue operations, business intelligence, and data analysis. My mission is to help customers see and understand their data and make better decisions with Tableau's solutions. I lead a high-performing sales team that delivers value to customers, fosters a culture of excellence, and contributes to Salesforce's vision of creating the most innovative and customer-focused software solutions in the world.
