And the (LinkedIn) data says: Tableau is a 'top attractor'!
We’re thrilled to share Tableau has made LinkedIn’s list of most attractive places to work!
Tableau ranked #18 on LinkedIn’s first-ever list of 40 top attractors “where professionals want to work now.” Tableau “embraces simplicity” and “takes happiness seriously,” says LinkedIn.
So how did LinkedIn come up with the ranking? It looked to the data—music to our ears!
LinkedIn analyzed billions of action points by its hundreds of millions of users. Then it scored companies based on three criteria:
- Job application: Number of views and applications on job postings
- Engagement: Number of people following Tableau, trying to connect with Tableau team members, and engaging with Tableau’s content
- New-hire staying power: Length of stay for new team members
This isn’t the first time we’ve been recognized as a great place to be. We are very proud of the fact that Tableau was voted the best place to work by our own team members in Texas (twice!), Washington (three times!), and the UK.
“My favorite part of Tableau’s culture is that we sincerely strive for respectful communication,” says Jeff in Development. “I work with people who are kind, compassionate, and dedicated to one another,” says Jason in Marketing. “My team helps me get better, smarter, and more experience every day. I can’t imagine where else I would get that opportunity,” says Sandlin on our eLearning team.
We work hard to make breakthrough products that change the way people use data. The best way to make that happen is by hiring the best people who enjoy delighting our customers and love helping us achieve our mission to help people see and understand their data!
We have more than 3,000 team members in 15 offices around the world. Check out our openings and join the fun.
