Dorian Banutoiu, Analytics Consultant
Bucharest, Romania
Dorian Bantoiu is an Analytics Consultant and shares his knowledge with the DataFam through his blog, Tableau User Groups, participating in community projects, and publishing vizzes on Tableau Public. Dorian credits the community project Makeover Monday with helping him to advance his Tableau skills immensely in a short period of time. As he became more proficient with the tool, he became more passionate about it which led him to co-found an analytics consultancy called canonicalized.com.
Inspired by his passion for data analysis, Dorian created his blog to share his learnings, insights, and experiences with people who have similar interests. Dorian creates content based on emerging trends in data analytics and what he feels his audience needs. His target audience on his blog is data enthusiasts, professionals, and others interested in harnessing the power of data.
Dorian is also active on Tableau Public where he posts vizzes on a wide variety of topics. He often gets inspiration from real-world data challenges and creative exploration. One of his favorite vizzes is a stock market watchlist, demonstrating the potential of Tableau in visualizing complex financial information.
Connect with Dorian on Linkedin, X, Tableau Public, and on his blog.
