Navigating to Tableau Cloud: Evolving Analytics Ability and Culture with a Cloud First Strategy

By 2020 f5 had deployed Tableau Server across 11 departments and was maxing out their server capacity and people power. Quarterly updates could take hours, or even days, not to mention additional time spent troubleshooting technical and end-user issues. Leadership knew it was high time to invest in a cloud first strategy and better user enablement but that didn't make the effort any less daunting. In the end, a partnership with Tableau Premium Support proved to be the winning formula. Two years post-migration, Nelson Jean and the Data Success team have already driven exponential growth in analytics capabilities and data culture and they're just getting started.
