Jacquelyn Cheng

Jacquelyn (Jackie) Cheng is a Senior Manager, Software Engineering for Tableau at Salesforce, leading engineering teams working on visualization rendering and interactions.

Jackie started at Tableau as an engineer in 2019, and began her career in marketing and program management, consulting for companies like Google and Patagonia before making a shift into engineering. While taking computer science courses on the side, she realized she was having more fun doing her coding homework than her day job, and she took the leap to change careers and attend Ada Developers Academy. Prior to Tableau, Jackie also worked as a software engineer at Uber.
