User Group Meeting of the Week: Columbus

This week at the Columbus User Group (#CBUSTUG), special guests Steve Wexler and Mark Bradbourne wow-ed the audience with their presentations. Steve Wexler, Hall of Fame Tableau Visionary, author, and founder of Data Revelations, shared how to deliver powerful and impactful storytelling using a single image. He walked through the differences between visualizations, stories, dashboards, and infographics, and when to best use them. Mark Bradboune, Lead Solutions Engineer at Tableau, covered Tableau Conference 2022 highlights like the Main Keynote, Devs on Stage, and Iron Viz, with a special deep dive into Professor Hannah Fry’s talk on being “data informed” vs. “data driven”.
