Doctor it up at TCC

Tableau Doctor is your opportunity to work directly with Tableau experts at TCC. This one-on-one appointment with a Tableau employee provides a perfect opportunity to ask general questions, such as how to create an extract, or dive into the nitty-gritty details of why your dashboard isn’t formatting the way you want it to. Debrief the Nurse Practitioner with your symptoms beforehand to get paired with a doctor who has related expertise. No matter the issue, a Tableau Doctor will work closely with you to get the information you need.

Within a 30 minute session, you can:
  • Learn best practices and a Tableau trick or two.
  • Miss that session you really wanted to go to? Meet with a Tableau Doctor and learn more about the topic in a one-on-one feature based session.
  • Work directly with a Tableau employee who works with the product everyday.

If a Tableau Doctor is unable to get the information or solve the issue within the time period, a support case will be created and the session will be continued with our support staff until it is resolved. (Your Tableau health is our number one priority!)

Sunday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Monday: 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Tuesday: 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 1:30 PM

Please note: Tableau Doctor will not be open during the keynote presentations, for scheduling or appointments.

Sign up early!

We recommend making your Tableau Doctor appointment during on-site registration as appointments are limited and spaces book-up fast. Our busiest times are early morning before sessions start and during the lunch hour (when there are no sessions). Appointments can also be made throughout the conference at registration and at the Tableau Doctor check-in desk.

In order for the Doctors to provide the most helpful service, be sure to bring any relevant files (if possible) so we can get you the proper Rx that you need.
