Peter Sherman

Peter Sherman leads the technical sales team responsible for Tableau's AI and Augmented Experiences features. He partners with the Product team to amplify the voice of the customer and make sure those ideas are incorporated into our product roadmap. Prior to acquisition by Tableau, Peter helped Narrative Science build AI and NLG solutions in the analytics space. In his free time, Peter enjoys spending time outdoors, cooking, and playing ice hockey.

Success Architect Director

George is a Success Architect Director who acts as a liaison between Tableau’s Customer Success Group and Product Team to assist in new product introductions, feature enhancements, and product retirements. Prior to joining Salesforce, George was one of Tableau’s original training partners, enabling students on Tableau’s behalf across the US and Canada. He is a prolific author, having written 10 BI books for McGraw-Hill, including two editions of Tableau: The Official Guide. His original career was radio DJ, and he continues his love for the broadcast medium and music by operating his own Internet radio station from a digital home studio.
