Natalie is Tableau’s VP of Global Field Marketing. In this role, she is responsible for successfully leading the company’s global field marketing organization, leveraging her technology expertise and strategic marketing skills to build and manage a team that supports the growth objectives of Tableau’s field teams. With over 20 years of experience working as a collaborative and innovative marketing strategist, she has a track record of assessing market needs and providing strategic leadership for global brands to develop and deliver business value through leading edge offerings.

Paul Chapman, JLL

Bio

Paul has transformed JLL’s Business Intelligence and Technology team into a virtually working, high performing team spread across five countries and six time zones. Through a framework of improving compliance, reducing cost, increasing productivity and driving revenue, his team has built an ROI framework which will deliver $52m of benefits over five years and has already achieved $40m. The team transforms data into actionable insights to drive performance across the account. His reach is felt beyond the account, driving the BI agenda forwards for the business, a testament to the scalable, measurable and enduring framework he helped create.

Enrica Porcari, UN World Food Programme (WFP)

Bio

Enrica is the UN World Food Programme’s Chief Information Officer and Director of Technology, as well as Chair of the Emergency Telecommunications Cluster, led by WFP. She was instrumental in creating WFP’s Fast IT and Telecommunications Emergency and Support Team (FITTEST). Today, Enrica is advancing WFP’s efforts to lead a digital approach for global humanitarian operations, emergency responses and development programs that improve life for millions of vulnerable people. Her team is supporting WFP in becoming a more efficient, data-driven organization.

Lauren Walker, Dentsu Aegis Network EMEA

Bio

Lauren joined Dentsu Aegis Network in 2017 as Chief Data and Digital Officer and built Dentsu Data Labs (DDL). Lauren was recently promoted to Global COO of Dentsu Growth and Transformation, enabling Dentsu’s digital transformation. With her team she is creating a growth ecosystem that will transform client management, deliver integrated marketing, and measure the results of client engagement. She previously spent ten formative years at IBM. Her love of data started at the Clinton/Gore White House with political and policy survey research.

Charlton Park, University of Utah Hospitals & Clinics

Bio

Charlton oversees the financial planning, budgeting, general accounting, operational and capital financial planning, analytics, and revenue cycle functions for his organization. He’s played an important role in the development of various integration models across clinical programs, using financial and clinical data to increase collaboration and alignment between physician specialties and the hospital. He also played a key role in developing the organizations’ Value Driven Outcomes (VDO) initiative which provides accurate, actionable cost accounting and outcomes information at the visit level.

Daniel Button, John Lewis Home Improvement

Bio

Daniel has worked within the John Lewis Partnership for eight years. Over the last four years he has been involved with the launch and running of John Lewis Home Improvement, a service offering customers the opportunity to have landscaping, lofts, bathrooms, kitchens and extensions provided by John Lewis. Over the last eighteen months, Daniel has been responsible for commercial development and data reporting and insight within the department, working closely with senior leaders to develop data knowledge as the department matures.

As VP of the Tableau Community, she is fueled by the incredible energy and expertise of the community, and is focused on supporting the community to change the world with data.

Chris Lindsay, Tableau

Bio

Chris is responsible for Tableau’s marketing strategy and execution in the EMEA region. He has over 20 years’ experience in global telco, cloud, SaaS and IT services leading on strategy, go to market and digital transformation roles. Chris lives by three principles in his approach to driving business change and results: insight, impact and team. “Without using insight to get to the truth, you can spend a lot of time and effort fixing the wrong problem. That’s why helping business leaders to see and understand their data is so important to me.”
