Who are the CRM Analytics Ambassadors?
Tableau Ambassadors teach and share while fostering a positive and supportive space within the community. They give credit where credit is due, and prioritize inclusivity in everything they do. They shine the spotlight on new voices, innovative ideas, and make the communities around them better. Tableau Ambassadors serve in one of seven branches: Forums, User Groups, Academic, DataDev, Public, Social, and CRM Analytics.
Let’s dive into the CRM Analytics Ambassador branch
CRM Analytics Ambassadors are power users of the native analytics and AI solution for Salesforce. Most CRM Analytics Ambassadors have extensive backgrounds in administering and developing analytics products in the Salesforce 360 ecosystem. They love to share their expertise in this specialized platform by publishing blogs, hosting meetups, and participating in community projects. They also provide a bridge between the Salesforce Trailblazer Community and the Tableau Community.
The CRM Analytics Ambassador branch meets quarterly with product managers and community managers about the product’s latest release and roadmap. Together, they share how they’re using the product and identify areas of opportunity for the product. They also discuss opportunities to grow the CRM Analytics community and collaborate on meetups and the community’s Slack workspace.
Meet the 2024 CRM Analytics Ambassadors
There are 34 CRM Analytics Ambassadors in the 2024 cohort hailing from 9 different countries. Many CRM Analytics Ambassadors have certifications in the Salesforce ecosystem and extensive experience across the Salesforce ecosystem and can point you to the right place for help. Here are a couple of friendly faces from the program:

“Being a CRM Analytics Ambassador is not just a role, it's a passion that resonates deeply with me because of the focus on championing the power of analytics, the opportunity to lead by innovating, sharing knowledge, community, and inspiring others. In essence, being a CRM Analytics Ambassador is more than a title, it's a personal commitment.”

Currently, her passion drives her to be a bridge between departments for all Salesforce analytics products including CRM Analytics, Tableau, Data Cloud, Native Salesforce analytics, and Event Log Monitoring. Her background includes Salesforce architecture and analytics since 2001, Dreamforce speaker 2003-2019, and 4x MVP. As a single parent, her free time is spent with her 13yr old son and quartz crystal mining.
“Being a CRM Analytics Ambassador symbolizes how our collective data skills transcend tools. We have a deep understanding of how CRMA, Tableau, and native Salesforce compliment each other. We are driven by opportunities to educate our employers and community on the benefits of each tool used singularly or combined. At the end of the day, data is just data until you bring forth the information and insights. I often say that all of the ambassadors share a data gene!”
