Yes. You have 12 months from the date of purchase to use your Learning Credits. All training must be taken before the expiry date. eLearning credits must be purchased before the Learning Credit expiration date. Access to eLearning is valid for 12 months from the purchase date.
To start redeeming your credits, contact Tableau Global Services. Please expect a response within 48 hours.
Yes. T&E is included in private training at a rate of 1,000 credits per day. If private training is virtual, there is no T&E charge.
Once you purchase Learning Credits, you’ll receive access to a document that includes a Learning Credit redemption form and the latest information on your credit usage, including your remaining credit balance. If you have any questions, please contact Tableau Global Services.
Yes. Credits may only be used in the country in which they were purchased. If you wish to use your credits in another country, please contact Tableau Global Services or click here to learn more.
