Tableau Pledges to Enable 10 Million People

In an effort to continue to close the data skills gap, Tableau pledged to enable 10 Million people with data skills by 2027. 73% of business leaders believe data reduces uncertainty and drives better decisions. Despite that only 39% of organizations have trained their employees, and less than half of colleges offer specific data skills courses. We aim to change these numbers by creating and sharing free resources meant to meet people where they are with content designed to fit into people's already busy lives. Everyone, regardless of their position or department, must know and embrace the language of data to help their organization tackle its difficult problems.
